Summary
A saying transmitted by Yahya from Malik: whoever is travelling and knows he will enter his family early in the day, and the dawn breaks on him before he enters, enters while fasting. And if he intends to leave in Ramadan, and dawn breaks on him in his land before he leaves, he fasts that day. The editor notes that Abu Musab transmitted it from Malik (800). 1
