Summary
Malik transmits what reached him from Aisha, who said: a man asked permission to enter the Messenger of God ﷺ while I was with him in the house. He said: what an evil son of a clan. Then he let him in. I had hardly finished when I heard the Prophet laughing with him. When the man left I said: Messenger of God, you said what you said about him, and then you laughed with him? He said: among the worst of people is the one whom people avoid because of his evil. The editor notes that the hadith is sound in the two Sahihs through Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir from Urwa from Aisha, and that Malik's transmission of it is a relayed (balagh) report. 1
