Summary
Malik transmits from Qatan ibn Wahb ibn Uwaymir ibn al-Ajda', that Yuhannis, client of al-Zubayr ibn al-Awwam (may God be pleased with him), told him that he was sitting with Abdullah ibn Umar during the strife when his client woman came to greet him. She said: I wanted to leave, Abu Abd al-Rahman, the times have grown hard on us. Ibn Umar said: sit down, for I heard the Prophet ﷺ say: no one endures its hardships and difficulties without my being an intercessor or a witness for him on the Day of Resurrection. 1
