Summary
Yahya said: I heard Malik say of a man who died leaving property in the high and low land: the rain-fed land is not divided with the irrigated land, unless his heirs consent. Rain-fed land is divided with spring-fed land, if it resembles it. If property is in one land, and the parts between them are close, each property is set out and then divided among them. Houses are in the same position. 1
