Summary
Malik says: if a man testifies to what the woman testified, that so-and-so has a debt against his father, the creditor swears with his witness and receives his full right. This is not like the woman's case, since a man's testimony is admissible, and the creditor must swear with his witness and take his full right. If he does not swear, he takes from the inheritance of the one who acknowledged the debt what corresponds to it, because he acknowledged the right and the heirs denied it, and his acknowledgement is binding on him. 1
