Summary
Likewise, a man sends goods with another, and the owner orders him to buy a named commodity, and he disobeys, buying with the goods something other than what he was ordered, and exceeds. The owner of the goods has the choice: if he wishes to take what was bought with his money, he takes it; if he wishes the one sent with the goods to be liable for his capital, that is his right. 1
