Summary
Malik says: the agreed practice among us is that the testimony of children is admissible among themselves for wounds, and not against others. Their testimony is admissible only for wounds among themselves, and not in other matters, if it is given before they separate, or are scattered, or learn. If they have separated, they have no testimony, unless they called upright witnesses to their testimony before they separated. 1
