Summary
Malik says: similar to this, in matters where judgment differs and where the Sunna has passed: two women testify to a baby's cry at birth, and so his inheritance is established, until he inherits, and his property belongs to those who would inherit from him if he dies as a child, though no man or oath accompanies the two women. This may apply to large sums of gold, silver, houses, orchards, slaves and other property. If two women testified to a single dirham, or less or more, their testimony would decide nothing and would not be admissible unless a witness or an oath accompanies it. 1
