Summary
Malik says of a man given money for profit-sharing, who made a profit. The worker said: I entered profit-sharing with you on the basis that I have two-thirds. The owner of the money said: I entered with you on the basis that you have one-third. Malik said: the word of the worker is accepted, and he takes an oath on it, if what he said resembles the profit-sharing of his like, and is something people enter profit-sharing on. If he brings something that is unusual, on which people do not enter profit-sharing, he is not believed, and it is returned to the profit-sharing of his like. 1
