Summary
Malik says of a man given money for profit-sharing, who told him it had accumulated with him, and asked him to write it down as an advance. Malik said: I do not like that until he receives his money from him, then advances it to him if he wishes, or keeps it. That is for fear that it has lost value, and he wants to postpone it on condition that he increases it by what was lost, which is disliked, not permitted, and not proper. 1
