Summary
Malik says of a man given money for profit-sharing, from which the recipient borrowed money and bought goods for himself: the owner of the money has the choice. If he wishes, he makes him a partner in the goods on the profit-sharing basis; if he wishes, he leaves him to them and takes the whole principal from him. He does the same with anyone who transgresses. 1
