Summary
Malik says of a man who took money from another for profit-sharing, then handed it to a second man and worked with it in profit-sharing without the permission of its owner: he is liable for the money. If there is a loss, the loss falls on him; if there is a profit, the owner of the money has his stipulated share of the profit, and then the one who worked with it has his stipulated share from what remains of the money. 1
