Summary

Malik says: there is no harm in buying a noble camel for two camels, or several camels of the carrying herd, even from the same herd. There is no harm in buying two of them for one on a term, when they differ and the difference is clear, even if they resemble one another. But if their kinds are the same, it is not permitted to take two for one on a term. 1
