Summary

Malik says it reached him that al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, Salim ibn Abdallah, Abu Bakr ibn Abd al-Rahman, Sulayman ibn Yasar and Ibn Shihab all used to say that when a divorced woman enters blood in the third menstrual period she has separated from her husband, there is no inheritance between them, and he has no right of return to her. 1
