Summary
Malik transmits from Nafi, from Abdullah ibn Umar, that he used to say that if a man permits his slave to marry, the divorce is in the slave's hand, and no one else's control extends over it. As for a man taking the slave-woman of his slave or of his slave-girl, there is no sin in that. 1
