Summary
Malik transmits from Said ibn Amr ibn Sulaym al-Zuraqi that he asked al-Qasim ibn Muhammad about a man who divorced a woman if he married her. Al-Qasim said that a man made a woman like his mother's back for himself if he married her, and Umar ibn al-Khattab (may God be pleased with him) ordered him, if he married her, not to approach her until he paid the expiation for zihar. 1
