Summary
Malik transmits from Rabia ibn Abi Abd al-Rahman that al-Qasim ibn Muhammad and Urwa ibn al-Zubayr used to say of a man with four wives who divorces one of them irrevocably: he may marry again if he wishes, without waiting for her waiting period to end. 1
