Summary
A report that Malik transmits from Abdullah ibn Dinar from Abdullah ibn Umar, that Umar ibn al-Khattab (may God be pleased with him) used to say: do not intend your prayer at sunrise or sunset, for the devil's two horns rise with the sunrise and set with the sunset, and he used to beat people for that prayer. The editor notes that Abu Mus'ab, Suwayd, Abd al-Razzaq (3952) and Muhammad ibn al-Hasan al-Shaybani (182) transmitted it. 1
