Summary

A report that Malik transmits from Abdullah ibn Dinar, in the chapter on sitting in prayer: a man prayed beside Abdullah ibn Umar, and when he sat at the fourth rak'a he sat cross-legged with his feet folded. Ibn Umar criticised him after the prayer, and the man said he did this. Ibn Umar answered that he did it because he was ailing. The editor notes that Abu Mus'ab, Suwayd and Muhammad ibn al-Hasan transmitted it. 1 2
