Summary

A ruling of Malik transmitted by Yahya in the chapter on what does not require ablution: he was asked whether vomiting requires ablution. He said no, but one should rinse the mouth from it and wash the mouth, and there is no ablution. The editor says he found this ruling only in Yahya's transmission. 1
