الواقعة
خرج علي في مائة وخمسين رجلاً من الأنصار، على مائة بعير وخمسين فرساً، ومعه راية سوداء ولواء أبيض، فشنّوا الغارة على محلة آل حاتم الطائي مع الفجر، فهدموا الفُلس وخرّبوه، وغنموا السبي والنعم والشاء، وكان في السبي أخت عدي بن حاتم، وهرب عدي إلى الشام 1.
ملاحظات للباحثين
- الكتاب لا يذكر السنة الهجرية ولا يومها؛ التاريخ المسجّل مشتق من ترتيب الفتح ويبقى موضع خلاف في الضبط، فيُعامل معاملة الحدث المشكوك في سنته.
- عدد الرجال ومقدار الإبل والخيل منقول كما يذكره الكتاب دون تحقيق من مصدر ثانٍ.
