Overview

Al-Maqqari's account says that the enemy took Murcia by agreement on Thursday, the tenth of Shawwal. 2

The report

Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Hud, son of the governor of Murcia, came with a group of Christian notables, and they gave the city to them by agreement. The father, Ibn Hud al-Judhami, is connected with the event in the museum's data. 2

Date

The transmitted text does not state the year. The report comes after the mention of Murcia from Ibn Hud in 626 AH, and before the conquest of Seville in 646 AH. So the date is about 1243 CE (641 AH), which is derived and marked as disputed, and needs an additional source.
