Overview

Amr ibn Muslim al-Bahili, the brother of Qutayba. Qutayba appointed him over Sistan in the days of al-Walid ibn Abd al-Malik. He demanded from Ratbil dirhams due to him, and Ratbil answered that he could only give what al-Hajjaj had agreed with him to present. Amr wrote about this to Qutayba, and Qutayba came himself to Sistan. 1
