Summary

A saying of Malik: the mine is like the crop: one takes from it what one takes from the crop; it is taken when it comes out of the mine that same day, and one does not wait for a year, just as a tenth is taken from the crop when it is harvested and one does not wait for a year to pass over it. The editor notes that Abu Musab transmitted it from Malik. 1
