Summary
Malik said of a group of people who fought and then scattered, with a slain or wounded person among them, and it is not known who did it: the best that has been heard on this is that its blood-money falls on the people who fought him. If the wounded or the slain was from neither party, its blood-money falls on both parties together. 1
