Summary
Malik said: the matter on which there is no dispute among us is that the deliberate killer does not inherit from the blood-money of the one he killed, nor from his property, nor does he bar anyone who has an inheritance. An accidental killer does not inherit any of the blood-money. It has been disputed whether he inherits from the property; I prefer that he inherits from the property and does not inherit from the blood-money. 1
