Summary
Malik said: if a woman kills a man or a woman deliberately, and she is pregnant, retaliation is not taken from her until she gives birth. If a pregnant woman is killed deliberately or accidentally, the one who killed her owes nothing for her foetus: if she is killed deliberately, the killer is killed, and there is no blood-money for her foetus; if she is killed accidentally, her blood-money is owed by her killer's kin, and there is no blood-money for her foetus. 1
