Summary
Malik said of a woman who has a husband and children who are not of her agnatic kin or her people: her husband, if he is from another tribe, owes nothing of her offence; nor do her children if they are not of her people; nor her maternal brothers if they are not of her agnatic kin or her people. These are the rightful heirs to her inheritance, and the agnatic kin owe the blood-money. Likewise a woman's clients inherit from her children, even if they are not of her tribe, and the blood-money of the clients' offence is owed by her tribe. 1
