Summary
Malik said: there is no blood-money for accidental wounds in the body when the wound heals and returns to its form; if there is a deformity or disfigurement in any of that, it is determined by judgment, except the abdominal wound, which carries a third of the blood-money of a soul. There is no blood-money for the munqila (a wound that displaces bone) in the body, and it is like the wound that exposes the bone in the body. 1
