Summary
Yahya transmits from Malik, from Abu Hazim ibn Dinar, from Said ibn al-Musayyab, that the Messenger forbade sale of gharar. The editor notes that the connected report of Abu Hurayra (may God be pleased with him) on the prohibition of sale of gharar is authenticated from the report of al-Aradj, not from Said from Abu Hurayra. 1
