Summary
Malik says: no food or condiment of one kind is sold two for one, a mudd of wheat for two mudds of wheat, a mudd of dates for two mudds of dates, a mudd of raisins for two mudds of raisins, or anything like that of grains and condiments of one kind, even hand to hand. This is like silver for silver and gold for gold. No excess is permitted in any of it. It is only permitted measure for measure, hand to hand. 1
