Summary

Yahya transmits from Malik, from Nafi, from Abdullah ibn Umar, that the Messenger said: whoever buys food should not sell it until he takes it in full. The editor explains 'ina as a man who sells his goods on credit, then buys them back in the same session for a ready price to avoid riba, and that it is forbidden if the buyer stipulates that the seller will buy it back from him for a known price. 1
