Summary
Malik says: this is like a man who hires out his particular riding camel to another, or hires out his slave, a tailor, a carpenter or any worker for other tasks, or rents out his dwelling, and takes an advance on the hire of that slave, or the rent of that dwelling or that mount. If an event happens, such as death or something else, the owner of the mount, slave or dwelling returns to the one who advanced him the remainder of the mount's rent, the slave's hire, or the dwelling's rent, and they reckon with each other for what has been received. 1
