Summary
Malik transmits from Yahya ibn Said, from a man of the Ansar, that his wife asked him for a divorce. He said: when you menstruate, inform me. When she menstruated she informed him. He said: when you become clean, inform me. When she became clean she informed him, and he divorced her. Malik said this is the best of what he has heard on the matter. 1
