Summary
Malik says that if a man accuses his wife after divorcing her three times, while she is pregnant and he acknowledges the pregnancy, and then claims he saw her commit adultery before separation, he is given the prescribed punishment and does not perform the mutual curse. If he denies the pregnancy after three divorces, he performs the mutual curse. Malik said this is what he had heard. 1
