Summary
Malik says that if a man separates from his wife by a final divorce, with no right of return, and then denies her pregnancy, he performs the mutual curse with her if she is pregnant, and the pregnancy could be his, provided she claims it, unless the time since separation is too short to make it plausibly his. This is the practice among us. 1
