Summary
Malik says of a woman who redeemed herself that she does not return to her husband except by a new marriage. If he marries her and then separates from her before touching her, he has no further waiting-period claim from that later divorce, and she builds on her first waiting period. Malik said this is the best of what he has heard. 1
