Summary
In the Book of Campaigns: Anas ibn Malik (may God be pleased with him) reports the Ansar's grievance when the Prophet ﷺ gave Quraysh hundreds of camels while their swords still dripped with Hawazin's blood. He gathered only the Ansar in a leather tent, until they said they were content, and told them that favouritism would come after him. Anas notes their lack of patience: "They were not patient". 1
