Overview
The Grand Mosque of the Islamic Center of Cleveland stands at Parma, Ohio; it was built between 1989 and 1995 by Gerald M. Rembowski, and the catalogue places it among the "imported designs" and calls it an Islamic architectural landmark. 1 Its gold-plated dome is a replica of the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem. 1
