    Summary

Khalid ibn Abdullah ibn Muhammad Al-Musleh (born 1385 AH / 1965 CE) is a Saudi scholar and professor of fiqh at the College of Sharia of Qassim University, born in Mecca, a close student and companion of Muhammad ibn Salih Al-Uthaymeen, mufti on Al-Resalah channel's Yastaftunak programme, with an official YouTube channel (@almosleh) carrying his lessons and fatwas. 1 2

    Career

Al-Musleh began studying under Muhammad ibn Salih Al-Uthaymeen in 1403 AH, accompanied him constantly from 1408 AH until his death, married his daughter in 1407 AH, and was one of three men Al-Uthaymeen appointed to teach in his circle; he also read under Abd Allah al-Bassam, Ali ibn Muhammad al-Zamil and Abd Allah al-Falih, and benefited from Ibn Baz and Al-Albani through questions and correspondence. 1 He first studied information systems at the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, then sharia at Imam University's Qassim branch; his master's thesis treated purchase incentives and their rulings in Islamic fiqh, and his doctorate examined his teacher Ibn Uthaymeen's fiqh in an empirical study. 1 He served as imam and khatib of the al-Olaya Mosque in Unaizah, then as professor of fiqh at Qassim University, and the article lists him as a member of Muslim World League bodies including its scientific-miracles commission, its fiqh academy and the board of the International University of Khatam al-Mursalin. 1

    Works

His books include Genetically Modified Foods: A Sharia View, Gifts of Workers and Employees, Rulings of Mourning, commentaries on Al-Aqida al-Wasitiyya, Al-Aqida al-Tahawiyya and Al-Waraqat in usul al-fiqh, Harvest of the Pulpits, and proposed solutions to the white-lands problem. 1 He appears as mufti on Al-Resalah channel's Yastaftunak programme, and his lessons and fatwas are published on his official YouTube channel, whose video descriptions point to it and to his official website almosleh.com. 1 2

    Views and criticism

This section reports what the sources attribute to him; the museum adopts no verdict. The single article available records no prominent criticism of him and no well-known controversy; nothing is added beyond it. His school of law is not recorded in this entry, because the article names none for him and Wikidata records only his religion as Islam. 1 3
