Overview

Abu al-Hasan Ali ibn Isa al-Rummani. Ibn al-Nadim says in the "Fihrist" that al-Sirri al-Raffa' was his neighbour in the Market of Thirst, and that he would pass by while he was sitting at the door of his house, sit with him and invite him to speak the doctrine of the Mu'tazila.
