Summary

A saying of Malik: the one in seclusion does not go to fulfil his need or leave for it, nor help anyone, except that he may go out for a human need. If he went out for someone's need, the most deserving thing he may go out for is visiting the sick, praying over the dead and following funerals. The editor notes that Abu Musab (863) transmitted it from Malik. 1
