Summary
Malik says that if a slave man is owned by his wife, or a husband owns his wife, and each owns the other, this is an annulment without divorce. If they later remarry with a new contract, that separation was not a divorce. If his wife frees him while she is in her waiting period, they may reunite only by a new marriage. 1
