Summary

In the Book of the Stories of the Prophets, the chapter on the hadith of al-Khidr: Ibn Abbas reports from Ubayy ibn Ka'b, and the hadith establishes that Musa, the companion of al-Khidr, is Musa ibn Imran himself, against Nawf al-Bakali. It is the key to the story of divinely given knowledge in the Sahih. 1
