Overview
"Al-Sunan", known as the Lesser Sunan, by Ahmad ibn Shu'ayb al-Nasa'i (215–303 AH). It is one of the Six Books. 1
He is well known for his attention to the defects of hadiths and the errors of transmitters, to the point that it is said he was the most precise of them in identifying defects. In the abridged version, the author arranged it after selecting it from his larger Sunan. 1
