Overview

Zafar al-Humud is a city on the coast of the Indian Ocean. For Ibn Battuta it is the last land of Yemen on this coast. Noble horses are carried from it to India. 1

Its location is not fixed by coordinates. Several places named Zafar exist in Yemen, and it is not clear which coastal one is meant. An additional source is needed.
