Overview
Jakarta, capital of Indonesia, on the island of Java 1. Its presidential palace hosted President Joko Widodo's reception of the Grand Imam on 22 February 2016 2; here also stands the Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University where the Imam addressed the Muslims 3, and the al-Azhar mosque named by Shaykh Shaltut on an earlier visit.
