    Summary

Zahra Pedersen is a British Muslim coach and podcast host. A personal trainer by background, she founded The Healthy Hijab in 2014 and later built the Manifesting Muslimah podcast and channel, which teach Muslim women to pursue their goals through trust in God. 1 2

    The Healthy Hijab

Working in the fitness industry, she saw that it "wasn't catering very well to modest women and their need for privacy", and in 2014 she set up The Healthy Hijab, a company that allows women to train in women-only environments or in their own home. 1

    Manifesting Muslimah

Her Manifesting Muslimah videos take up trust in God as a lifestyle — how tawakkul becomes a lifestyle, what a healed relationship with Allah looks like, and how expectations of Allah can harm one's understanding of Him. 2 In her Substack essays under the same brand she writes on themes such as patience (sabr), signing herself with the words she also uses to close her podcast episodes: "Live in Love, Zahra". 3
