Summary
Yahya Raaby is an Islamic teacher based in the United Kingdom, originally from Denmark. He is an instructor of Arabic and Islamic sciences at Badr Academy, where he also manages a department and supervises student affairs. 1 Podcast biographies also name him principal of the Tawheed Institute in Maidenhead. 2
Teaching and lectures
He completed memorisation of the Qur'an as a teenager at Badr Academy, studying tafsir, hadith, usul al-fiqh, fiqh, grammar, seerah and history under teachers who were graduates of the Islamic University of Madinah and Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University; he has continued to study Islamic law alongside his teaching. 1 His lectures and reminders circulate as a Muslim Central podcast feed and on social channels, addressed particularly to young Muslims and young professionals in the United Kingdom and beyond. 2
Positions and faith
This section should be read as a presentation of what the sources give, not as a verdict of the museum.
The biographies describe his posts and his teachers; none names a legal school or theological affiliation for him personally, and a teacher's institution is not an attestation, so no faith value is recorded for him. 1 2
