Summary
Sahil Adeem is a Pakistani religious commentator, motivational speaker and behavioural-psychology trainer known for lectures on Islam addressed to young Muslims. 1 2
His YouTube channel, @sahiladeem, counted 164,000 subscribers in vidIQ's update of 5 November 2026 — a dated platform figure, not a museum-verified fact. 3 The channel's recent uploads are sparse, as the Reach section below states plainly; his continuing public activity runs through live tours, sessions and courses. 3 4
Career as presented in the sources
The circulating biographical account — the Wikitia article, a low-authority mirror of a Wikipedia draft — describes him as a psychologist who graduated from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada, who was head psychologist for the youth squad of the Toronto Maple Leafs, has worked with Pakistani cricketers for the Pakistan Cricket Board since 2017, was Zong's chief strategy officer for ten years, and has coached CEOs on business strategy in Denmark, Canada and Pakistan. 1 Those career details rest on that stratum of sources and are recorded as his presented biography, not as independently verified facts.
His own vehicles are better attested: the Awakening Tour listing describes him as a corporate trainer and behavioural psychologist whose "global company Source Code" works "to equip young Muslims with critical thinking skills and the psychological resilience needed to succeed". 2 His Source Code Academia sells recorded workshops and courses — among them a four-hour "Emotional Independence of Women" workshop, in English and Urdu, teaching through psychological frameworks and Islamic principles — and runs teen mentorship programmes. 4
Public activity
In October and November 2024 he toured the United Kingdom with "The Awakening Tour", with youth-hosted sessions, open sessions and question-and-answer forums focused on youth, parenting and Muslim identity; the Bradford event was held on 20 October 2024. 2 His academy's workshop and mentorship pages show teaching activity continuing at build time. 4
Controversies
This section presents the episodes as the sources report them, not as a verdict of the museum.
The Wikitia account records that in October 2022 he was banned from speaking at public universities — the ban, it says, was imposed because of the content of his speeches, and he was asked to apologise to lift it and refused. 1
In June–July 2024, a Samaa Digital show, Makalma with Khalilur Rehman Qamar, made him the centre of a national debate: he said on the show, "Take a sample of 100 women, 95 out of them will be ignorant not knowing anything. This is reality." 5 When an audience member, Azba, asked him to apologise to all women of Pakistan, he cited a hadith, called her ignorant and declined to apologise, and Khalilur Rehman Qamar addressed her aggressively; The Northern Post set his figure against the Economic Survey's female illiteracy rate of 48.1%. 5
Positions and faith
No source read names a specific school or order for him: his teaching is presented, by his tour listing and his academy, as rooted in the Qur'an and Hadith and mixed with modern psychological principles, without a school affiliation. 2 4 Under the museum's two-source rule no faith value is recorded for him.
Reach — and its limits
His reach anchor is his personal channel: @sahiladeem counted 164,000 subscribers, 3,682,801 total views and 161 videos in vidIQ's update of 5 November 2026, on a channel created on 25 February 2019 with its country set to Pakistan. 3 Honestly stated: the channel's top content is old — all five of its most-viewed videos date from September 2021 to August 2022 — and its recent activity is a trickle, with 9,332 views gained in the 28 days to 5 November 2026. 3 His present public activity is attested instead by the 2024 UK tour and by his academy's live sessions and courses. 2 4
